Grinding is done WHOLE – chili pepper flesh and seeds. It is red in colour and has two grades. The Fine grade has a fine texture sieved through a mesh number USS#30 and USS#40. The SuperFine grade on the other hand has a powdery, superfine texture sieved through mesh number USS#60 -USS#100 for the main purpose of Capsicum Oleoresin extraction. It is packaged in 25kg and 50kg woven polypropylene sack but final packaging is based on Buyers’ specifications.

The minimum order is 10MT and shipment is in 20″ container.
